1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of https://esthetiquedaniellebenoit.ca and the services provided by Centre d'Esthétique Danielle Benoit Inc. ("we").

2. Appointments and treatments

Treatments are offered by appointment. A skin consultation may precede a first treatment in order to match the protocol, intensity and duration to your skin type. Any treatment remains subject to the professional assessment of the aesthetician at the time of the appointment.

3. Pricing

Posted prices are indicative and subject to change without notice. Treatment courses (cures) must be used within a reasonable period and are non-refundable, but may be transferred to a friend or family member.

4. Cancellation and rescheduling

We ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Late cancellations or repeated no-shows may result in a fee corresponding to the reserved time.

5. Contraindications

Some treatments (laser, IPL, peel, electrolysis, Bloomea®, Hydrafacial®) carry medical contraindications (pregnancy, certain medications, active skin conditions, etc.). You agree to inform us about your health and any ongoing treatment so we can adapt or decline a treatment if necessary for your safety.

6. Results

Results vary between individuals based on skin type, age, medical history and lifestyle. We cannot guarantee a specific outcome but commit to performing every treatment to the highest standards.

7. Payment methods

Cash, Interac, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Treatments are payable at the time of service.

8. Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the diligent performance of the treatments offered. We are not responsible for personal items left unattended in the treatment room.

9. Intellectual property

Site content (text, photography, logo) belongs to Centre d'Esthétique Danielle Benoit Inc. and is protected by Canadian intellectual-property law. Reproduction prohibited without written permission.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of the judicial district covering the municipality of Longueuil.
